Neurad is an internal operations desk used by our in-house team to plan, create, manage, and report on Google Ads Search campaigns for accounts under our own manager account. We do not sell Neurad as software, and we do not manage third-party or client ad accounts.
For the public website, we may receive basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamps, and similar server log data needed to keep the site available and secure.
For the internal Google Ads operations desk, we process Google Ads account and campaign information from accounts we own or operate under our own manager account. This may include account identifiers, campaign names, ad group names, keywords, ads, assets, budgets, bids, statuses, search campaign settings, performance metrics, conversion metrics, change logs, and internal approval records.
We use this information to operate our own Search campaigns, prepare drafts for human review, apply approved campaign changes, monitor spend and performance, troubleshoot issues, maintain audit records, and respond to Google Ads API compliance questions.
AI assistance may be used to draft internal campaign ideas or summaries, but every write operation is reviewed and approved by a person before it is applied to a Google Ads account.
We do not sell, rent, or disclose Google Ads API data for advertising services to third parties. We do not use Neurad to access, manage, or report on outside client accounts.
We may share limited information with service providers that host, secure, or operate our internal systems, with Google as part of Google Ads API operation and compliance review, or when required by law or security needs.
Data obtained through the Google Ads API is used only for Neurad's internal advertising operations across our own accounts. Access is limited to authorized internal users, and API credentials are restricted to the scopes needed for campaign creation, campaign management, and reporting.
We keep operational records only as long as needed for campaign management, reporting, troubleshooting, compliance, and audit purposes. We use access controls, OAuth-based authentication, and internal review procedures to reduce unauthorized access or unintended campaign changes.
