Independent reviews. Every spec claim checked against its source. How we check Affiliate disclosure

How we check

Neurad doesn’t run a testing lab. This page explains what we do instead, so you can decide how much weight to give what we write.

What we check

For every product we cover, we gather three kinds of sources: the manufacturer’s own spec sheet and listing, independent lab and hands-on reviews from other publications, and reports from people who actually own the product. We read them side by side.

How we handle numbers

Every number in an article, from suction ratings to battery capacity to prices, is checked against the page it came from. If we can’t find the original source for a figure, we leave it out or say plainly that it’s unverified. Captions and spec tables note where each figure came from and when we checked it.

When sources disagree

They often do. When a manufacturer’s claim, a lab result and owner reports point in different directions, we show the disagreement instead of picking the most flattering number, and we tell you which source we’d trust and why.

What we don’t do

We don’t claim hands-on testing we haven’t done. We don’t accept payment for reviews or for placement in our guides.

Updates and corrections

Prices, specs and companies change. Every article shows when it was last updated, and we revise it when something material changes. If you spot an error, contact us and we’ll fix it.

How we make money

Some links on Neurad are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. It never changes a verdict.
